6G Welder

Job description

We are seeking a skilled 6G Welder with expertise in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) for Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and procedures. This is a temporary position based in Bahrain, and local candidates with valid transferable visas are preferred. Immediate availability to join is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

– Perform 6G welding using GTAW on Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel materials

– Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications

– Set up welding machines and equipment according to project requirements

– Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

– Troubleshoot and resolve any welding issues or defects that may arise

– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

– Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timeframes

Requirements:

– Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a 6G Welder in the Oil & Gas industry

– Proficient in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) for both Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel
