We are seeking a Filipina candidate who will be responsible for the accounting and secretarial duties within our company. The ideal candidate should have experience in using Tally, LMRA, and GOSI software, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
– Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
– Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses
– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting regulations
– Handle office administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and managing schedules
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and employees
– Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and government agencies
Requirements:
– Must be a Filipina with relevant experience in accounting and secretarial roles
– Proficient in using Tally, LMRA, and GOSI software
– Familiarity with Bahrain’s accounting regulations is a plus
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Must be active, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
