We have been involved in many major infrastructural projects and we pride ourselves on being an innovative provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions.Prepare timely and accurate invoices to capture all possible income and facilitate collection in line with agreed credit terms

Meet set average lead time from job completion to billing.

Confirm costs are in line with quotes or established tariffs.

Communicate and co-ordinate with the operations and related departments to ensure billing is complete to ensure costs are accurately & correctly provided for. Follow up on unbilled jobs to ensure timely billing

Continuous follow-up with the operations team to ensure all job folders, with relevant & up-to-date information, is received in time for billing.Verification of supplier invoices. Verify job-related supplier invoices, book them in the operational software, obtain approval and pass to Accounts for payment.

Communication skills – ability to communicate within and outside GAC using the English language.

Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Minimum 1 years’ work experience preferably from the freight industry.
