Job description

The All Rounder Masan Block Plaster and Tails All Rounder Masan is responsible for performing various tasks related to block plastering and tiling in construction projects. This role requires a high level of skill and experience in both plastering and tiling techniques.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare surfaces for plastering or tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate primers or sealants

– Mix and apply plaster or mortar to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using hand tools or machinery

– Install tiles on floors, walls, or other surfaces according to design plans and specifications

– Cut and shape tiles using hand tools or tile cutting machines

– Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles to achieve desired aesthetic outcome

– Apply grout, sealants, or other finishings to complete the tiling process

– Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make any necessary repairs or adjustments

– Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a masan block plaster and tails all rounder masan or similar role in the construction industry

– In-depth knowledge of plastering and tiling
