Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and close deals with potential business clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential business clients (leads) through various research methods, including online resources, industry databases, and networking events.
2. Engagement: Initiate and maintain professional relationships with leads, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and the ability to tailor solutions to address those needs. Your exceptional people skills and the ability to create instant positive connections will be instrumental.
3. Conversion Tracking: Keep meticulous records of your interactions, meetings, and communication with leads, tracking the progression of leads through the sales funnel.
4. Sales Activities: Conduct sales activities, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value of our services and solutions. Your “hunter mentality” will drive you to actively pursue and close deals.
5. Deal Closure: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and convert leads into clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
