We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented bellboy to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bellboy will be responsible for assisting with the offloading and carrying of baggage from the car to the check-in counter, as well as showing guests to their rooms. The ideal candidate should be friendly, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
– Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with unloading and carrying their baggage from the car to the check-in counter.
– Escort guests to their assigned rooms, explaining hotel amenities and services along the way.
– Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
– Respond promptly to guest requests, such as providing extra towels or arranging for transportation.
– Ensure the lobby area and entrance are clean and presentable at all times.
– Assist with valet parking, if required.
– Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
– Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
– Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
