Blow Mold Operator

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Blow Mold Operator to join our team at a leading water bottling company in Bahrain. As a Blow Mold Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow mold machines to produce high-quality PET bottles.

Responsibilities:

– Set up and operate blow mold machines to produce bottles according to specifications

– Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production

– Inspect bottles for defects and perform quality control checks to maintain product standards

– Troubleshoot and resolve operation issues, such as equipment malfunctions or material jams

– Perform routine maintenance on blow mold machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed

– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

– Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

– Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of production activities

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Prior experience operating blow mold machines in a manufacturing environment

– Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues

– Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks

– Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine maintenance

– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

– Excellent communication skills
