Key Responsibilities:

Generating Conversions:
Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Convert leads into sales, ensuring to meet and exceed individual and team targets.

Revenue Generation:
Client Relationship Management:
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to align our internal procedures with customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong market knowledge and understanding of sales principles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
