1. Supportof vessel chartering transactions, which includes memorandum of agreement,chartering and security agreements. Control of the conditions of transactionsspecified in the agreements
2. Calculation and recalculation of rent payments,clients invoicing,

· 3. Monitoring of all elements of rent payment, uploadinginformation into accounting system.

4. Scanning and storage of electronic version of documentation/preparation of the list of documentation and control of location in office all hard versions and electronic versions of documentation.

5. Insurancecontrol, paymentof insurance premiums, CP/CSconditions control.

· 6. control of the timing of issuing invoices for rentalpayments. Invoicing

· 7. maintaining various accounting registers for transactions

· 8. there are irregular working days from time to time.

· 9.
high level of Excel proficiency. A test task on financial calculation will be given at the interviewRequirements

· – Experience in international leasing or charteringprepared in English law and its support, experience in customs clearance.

· – Preparation of documentation and its approvalexperience, knowledge of lease/rent payments basis, experience in calculationlease payments.

· – Experienced user of Excel, experience in using ERP or financial systems
