We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team.
- Manage the daytoday operations of the central kitchen, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, implementing and maintaining proper hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams in menu planning and development to provide a diverse and highquality range of food offerings.
- Maintain consistent food quality through regular quality checks, taste tests, and inspections.
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and control costs.
- Implement cost control measures and budgeting strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
