Civil Engineer

Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in residential projects and must possess a valid Bahrain driving license. The individual should be based in Bahrain or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for project planning and design.

– Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for residential construction projects.

– Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met.

– Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

– Monitor the progress of projects, identifying any potential issues or delays and implementing corrective measures.

– Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.

– Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams as needed.

– Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

– Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

– 3 to 5 years of experience in residential projects.

– Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

– Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and systems.

– Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
