CNC Machine Operator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing multiple machines, including a CNC Router Machine, 3D Letter Bending Machine, and Laser Machine. Proficiency in machine programming software, Like ArtCAM, is mandatory for this role. Additionally, a background in design is preferred to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC Router, 3D Letter Bending, and Laser Machines to ensure efficient and accurate production processes.
• Set up and prepare machines for operation, including loading materials, tooling, and fixtures.
• Program machine parameters using software such as ArtCAM to achieve desired designs and specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to design specifications, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with the design team to review and interpret design drawings, ensuring proper execution during the manufacturing process.
• Monitor and control machine operations, making realtime adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and machine efficiency.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document production data, including material usage, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the process.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to machine operation and design.
  Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably working with CNC Router, 3D Letter Bending, and Laser Machines.
  • Proficiency in machine programming software, with a strong emphasis on ArtCAM.
  • Knowledge of design principles and ability to interpret design drawings.
  • Familiarity with materials commonly used in the manufacturing industry, such as wood, metal, and acrylic.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work within specified tolerances.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make realtime adjustments to optimize machine performance.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
