Cook (For BBQ and Fried Chicken)

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our restaurant in Janabiya, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious BBQ grill dishes and fried chicken. They should have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook BBQ grill dishes and fried chicken according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards

– Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items before they are served to customers

– Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in a safe and efficient manner

– Monitor food stock levels and inform the management when supplies need to be replenished

– Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation guidelines

– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a cook, specializing in BBQ grill dishes and fried chicken

– Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients

– Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

– Good communication skills, with fluency in English

– Positive attitude and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
