We are looking For Digital HSE Advisor for one of our leading client into OFS
Post: Digital HSE Advisor
Location: Oman

Digital HSE Advisor will be part of the Digitalization Transformation Leadership & Deployment Team jointly with the Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) Team
Minimum Experience/Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Environmental Sciences, or Occupational Health and Safety. Additional certifications in data analytics or HSE management are desirable.
  • Proven experience (A minimum of 12 years) as Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a high-risk industry and Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and statistical analysis software.
  • Knowledge of HSE principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate HSE insights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data management practicesSkills required.
  • Strong Digitalization/Agile concepts understanding – accreditation where applicable (e.g., Scrum Mastering; Agile Coaching)
  • Skilled on 4IR trends and applicability in O&G industry
