End User Support – 1 position

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience (willing to look at fresh graduates)
• Degree in Info Tech or Computer Science or relevant fields
• Support computer hardware & software systems to ensure functionality, reliability & performance.
• Enterprise Access Management such as lap tops, desk tops, printers, hardware, etc.
• Trouble shooting & resolving software, hardware problems, as they arise to ensure a swift resolution.
• Resolve & close incidents / service requests based on urgency & within agreed SLA.
• Working with other Teams to ensure all software & hardware systems work efficiently, such that they support organizational goals.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel to client sites for issues, trouble-shooting & support.
  Ability to commute/relocate:
