Company
Our client is a well-known Luxury lounge for an Aviation company. The company has more than 600 employees in a vast number of divisions and departments.

They are currently looking for a
Executive Chef to be based in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and directing the Sous and Commi Chefs in the kitchen
  • Developing unique and cuisineappropriate menus
  • Staying current on developing trends in the industry
  • Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
  • Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
  • Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff
  • Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery
  • Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques
  • Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
    Requirements:

    • Experience in 5star hotel will be an advantage
    • Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.
    • Proficient knowledge of human resources management.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Available to work oncall, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
      Salary:
      From BD800.000 per month
