A well-reputed company in Bahrain is seeking a Female Receptionist with 2-3 years of experience. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests and visitors. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary, or taking messages. Additionally, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.


– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

– Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally

– Redirect calls to appropriate departments or individuals

– Take accurate messages and deliver them to the appropriate person in a timely manner

– Provide general administrative support as needed

– Maintain a clean and organized reception area

– Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars


– Proven experience as a receptionist for 2-3 years

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

– Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with visitors, colleagues, and management

– Proficient in using office equipment such as telephone systems and computers

– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently

– Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
