The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our gym services and products, and assisting potential customers in achieving their fitness goals. Responsibilities:

– Greet and engage with potential customers, providing them with information about our gym facilities, membership packages, and additional services.

– Conduct tours of the gym, showcasing the different equipment, classes, and amenities available.

– Build strong relationships with prospective members by understanding their fitness needs and goals, and recommending suitable membership options.

– Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into memberships, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new members through promotional activities and events.

– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
