We are seeking a skilled and professional Filipina Secretary to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The secretary will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing appointments, organizing files, and assisting in daily office needs.
– Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
– Manage the daily schedule, ensuring all appointments are properly scheduled and coordinated
– Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
– Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
– Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
– Maintain a clean and organized office space
– Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
