Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our flower shop at Liwan Hamala. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Design and create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events

– Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements that meet their preferences and budget

– Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by arranging them in an appealing manner and ensuring proper care

– Manage inventory by ordering flowers and supplies as needed

– Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers’ needs, answering their questions, and offering suggestions or advice

– Keep the shop clean and organized at all times

– Stay updated with current floral trends and techniques to offer innovative designs to customers

Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Florist in a similar role

– Demonstrated talent and skills in creating beautiful floral arrangements

– Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage

– Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with English-speaking customers

– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising
