French-speaking Trainee for Customer

For our strong Customer & Sales Support team in Middle East we are looking for a

Trainee in Customer & Sales Support (f/m/x):

Work Location:
Bahrain, duration 1-year, full time

What is it about?:

• You assist the team in taking care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre- and after sales)
  • You support the Area Sales Managers in his/her daily business as well as the sales team
  • You are involved in targeting new leads, organize product demos and followups with the customer
  • You support the team in the organization and coordination of our customer trainings (e.g. managing registrations, booking hotels and equipment,etc)
  • You are the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues
  • You complete general office management tasks and provide backup support to your team
  • You assist the team for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system)
    What are your skills?:
    • You have successfully finished your commercial education and have ideally gained first experience in sales support
    • You are a communicative team player with very good organizational and presentation skills
    • You have an international mindset and are used to work independently
    • You have a confident manner on the telephone and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
    • You have a very good command of English and French (reading and writing skills), Arabic language skills are a plus
