Professional Experience-

  • The General Manager of the Furniture Division is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all activities related to the Retail sales, marketing, and customer service. The GM is accountable for achieving divisional goals and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the furniture division.
  • Extensive experience in the furniture industry, with a proven track record of successful divisional management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competition.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.Requirements
    • 10 to 15 years’ experience is territory ( GCC experience is Must)
    • Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
    • Passion and desire to achieve challenging targets
    • Open-minded, creative, self-motivated and willing to learn
    • Willing to travel
