He will also be responsible for troubleshooting and computer repair. Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: • Knowledge in providing technical support for desktop computers and software applications. • Knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. • Knowledge of Help Desk Support duties and responsibilities • Knowledge of computer repair • Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work in a team environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with end-users professionally and courteously. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fully availability to all working Shifts (24/7). • Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus.
