Job description:

  • Plan, develop and implement HR strategies aligned the business objectives.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Process necessary documents of employees as per Government requirements.
  • Check and pay monthly GOSI and LMRA payments.
  • Regularly check the employees’ CPR, passport, and RP validity.
  • Conduct annual employee appraisal and satisfaction survey and submit report on the analysis.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefit, salaries, indemnity and leaves.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees.
  • Maintains complete personnel files and required employment documentation for all employees.
  • Oversees scheduling of, and records all employee vacations, sick leaves, absences, etc.
    Skills and qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field

    • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field.
    • Leadership and great communication skills.
    • Able to handle challenging situations.
    • Adaptive and flexible.
    • Speaks English fluently.
    • Multitasking.
      Ability to commute/relocate:
      • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 15/12/2023
