Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our showroom team. As an Indoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their product inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom

– Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs

– Provide detailed product information and answer any questions or concerns

– Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are properly displayed

– Process customer orders and arrange for delivery or pickup

– Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales revenue

– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals

– Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments

– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales

Requirements:

– Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

– Ability to work well in a team environment
