The Account Manager will also support product launch activities with the goal of not just increasing brand awareness, but also generating new leads. This role will be pivotal in supporting the product and partner teams, as well as company success.

Responsibilities:
Manage existing customers
Find new potential customers
Meet with customer key stakeholders
Profile customer
Understand future plans
Map requirements to eXceeders products
Log the prospect pipeline on product mapping in system
Qualify and advance opportunities
Read RFP and nominate service providers
Manage proposal submissions
Follow up with customer and internal team
Close deals Initiate services Support the deployment
Invoice on and follow up with payments
Solve raising issues Log every customer interaction in systems
