IT Service Desk – 2 positions

Key qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year working experience (willing to look at fresh graduates)
  • Degree in Info Tech or Computer Science or relevant fields
  • Preferably with experience working with customer, dealing sympathetically with their problems under pressure.
    Job Description:

    • Active management & logging of the support requests into the service request system. Capable to gather & fill the problem statements, error descriptions & other technical details in the service request.
    • Escalate un-resolved incidents to other support groups, including vendors, to expedite resolution, while providing end user updates on case progress.
    • Maintain & update the first level support documentation.
    • Willing to work in shift rotation on 24 X 7 basis.
      Ability to commute/relocate:
      • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 18/08/2022
