IT Service Desk – 2 positions
Key qualifications
- Minimum 1 year working experience (willing to look at fresh graduates)
- Degree in Info Tech or Computer Science or relevant fields
- Preferably with experience working with customer, dealing sympathetically with their problems under pressure.
Job Description:- Active management & logging of the support requests into the service request system. Capable to gather & fill the problem statements, error descriptions & other technical details in the service request.
- Escalate un-resolved incidents to other support groups, including vendors, to expedite resolution, while providing end user updates on case progress.
- Maintain & update the first level support documentation.
- Willing to work in shift rotation on 24 X 7 basis.
