We are seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to join our team as a Junior Recruiter. In this role, you will assist the senior recruiters in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth recruitment process and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in posting job ads on various job boards and social media platforms
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and experience
– Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
– Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
– Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings
– Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation from new hires
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
– Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the recruitment process
– Familiarity with employment laws
