The Key Account Executives – ICT holds the accountability in building and sustaining strong relationship with strategic customers by comprehending their requirements. He/She is responsible for identifying, qualifying and selling opportunities to prospects within the region.

ICT Key Account Executives manages sales of ICT Products to existing account clients and identify further sales opportunities within these accounts, build new account clients, manage customer satisfaction and retention, and coordinate the preparation and presentation of ICT sales proposals.The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.


  • Explore and pursue business leads and opportunities to meet growth targets and manage sales projects
  • Maintain, develop and strengthen excellent relationships within concerned departments and relevant decision makers of the key customers
  • Work hand in hand with internal sales teams and support marketing and back office activities
  • Attract new clients, Identify sales opportunities and business partnerships
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts including all commercial aspects from order processing through to product supply and installation, ensuring relationships with key personnel internally and externally are effectively managed
  • Negotiate best commercial and technical conditions of contracts for both new and existing accounts and company partners
  • Responsible for development and implementation of a competitive and unique service proposition for new partners that meets the needs of the customers, including analyzing critical business drivers
  • Maintains relationships with existing partners and ensures the successful partnership outcome
  • Works closely with the management to develop and implement the company new business development in IT solutions
  • Assisting in planning and implementing a sales plans and strategy
  • Market analysis and forecasting
  • Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts etc.
  • Participate in different industry events such as fairs, conferences etc. so as to be uptodate with market trends and expand his/her professional network
  • Identify sales opportunities and business partnerships

    Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related with 2 + years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
    Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:

    • Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes.
    • Able to work alone without much guidance.
    • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Work Remotely
