Job description/ responsibilities:

  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Maintains a customer focus while performing duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly tones.
  • Welcome and greet customers and attentively prepare their orders.
  • Responsibility for the quality of food.
  • Inform of specials and menu changes.
  • Answer questions about our food, i.e. ingredients, preparation, etc. and otherrestaurant functions and services.
    • Completely trained and knowledgeable on the food portioning and proper packaging.
    • Well trained in proper tagging of barcodes in accurate manner.
    • Know how to operate a microwave heating equipment.
    • Complete opening and closing checklists.
    • Be ready to extend working hours if required by management.
    • Attending customer complaints and able to handle seamlessly.
    • Protects diners by adhering to sanitation, safety, and average control policies.
    • Notify manageronduty any time a guest is not satisfied with their experience.
    • Improves Job Knowledge by attending training sessions, reading job relatedpublications as and when possible.

      Ability to commute/relocate:

      • Manama: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)
