Job description

The LPG Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics activities related to LPG operations. This includes preparing cash invoices, collecting cash payments, and ensuring timely handover to the main cashier. The coordinator should also have sound knowledge of logistics activities and possess the ability to control drivers and laborers. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for maintaining accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare cash invoices for LPG transactions and collect cash payments.

– Hand over collected cash to the main cashier on a daily basis.

– Manage logistics activities related to LPG operations.

– Coordinate with drivers and laborers to ensure efficient delivery and distribution of LPG products.

– Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office tools.

– Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary.

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

– Proven experience in logistics activities, preferably in the LPG industry.

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with drivers, laborers, and other team members.

– Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
