RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development of creative marketing campaigns, customer management plans and customer journey plans.
• Plan and implement market research projects.
• Create plans for brand development and build brand visibility.
• Develop brand awareness and positioning.
• Assess market trends and competitor activities to identify customer needs.
• Monitor customer journey and experience, using an analytical approach to understand customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships through surveys and feedback programs.
• Monitor online content and tailor message to customer segments.
• Optimize marketing channels to ensure maximum visibility.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and drive customer retention.
• Lead market research initiatives to uncover customer insights, develop target segmentation, and review industry trends.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the brand’s offerings.
• Stay uptodate with latest industry trends, technology, and customer feedback.
  REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of successful customer management, market research and brand development.
  • Knowledge of the food & beverage industry and customer journey.
  • Advanced understanding of customer segmentation and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Selfmotivated, organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
