We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in social media and hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies and driving business growth through various online channels. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue for our hotel.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hotel’s products and services across various social media platforms
– Manage all social media accounts, including creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to customer inquiries
– Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising
– Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth
– Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and report findings to senior management
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing, social media, and hospitality
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
– Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager in the hotel industry
