Nursing Supervisor

Job description

Creating and implementing nursing policies to foster a positive and organized work environment while planning, prioritizing and assigning health care tasks to clinical support team members

• Managing medication schedules and ensuring communication with the medical team to avoid medication errors
• Encouraging all staff to adhere to the highest standards in patient care and conducting regular staff reviews
• Maintaining knowledge of current trends in nursing and ambulatory care and educating teams
• Communicating with patients and their family members as needed, and offering emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families in distress
• Assessing, processing and discharging patients
• Managing patient and employee records with a focus on following NHRA regulations and quality standards
• Providing a direct line of communication between patients, nursing staff and physicians
  Pediatric Nurse Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: minimum of 3 years as a Nursing Supervisor
  • With active NHRA License or with completed dataflow
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing; preferably Masters Degree holder
  • Valid BLS
    Salary:
    Up to BD600.000 per month

    Experience:

    • Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
