Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an office setting.


– Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

– Sort and distribute incoming mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail and packages

– Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies when necessary

– Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members

– File and organize documents, both physical and digital, ensuring they are easily accessible

– Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

– Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives

– Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and data entry


– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus

– Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred but not required

– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
