We are seeking an Operations Assistant with experience in the cleaning industry to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our cleaning company. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all cleaning operations.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in coordinating and scheduling cleaning services for clients
– Manage and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
– Train and supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
– Assist in recruiting and hiring new cleaning staff when necessary
– Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and processing invoices
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in the cleaning industry is essential
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
– Valid driver’s license is a must
