We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sales leads, scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects, and creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
Responsibilities:
– Prospect and qualify new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking
– Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to showcase our products/services
– Understand customer needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly
– Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
– Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies
– Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges to the management team
Requirements:
– 2-4 years of proven sales experience in a similar role
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Highly self-motivated and target-driven individual
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
– Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
– Knowledge of industry trends and competitors’ products
