Sales Executive – Building Material
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the building material industry.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building material industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales deals
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction / building material industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building material industry
Experience:
Construction Industry: 3 years (required)
Language:
