We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team in the FMCG industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the FMCG industry
– Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand customer base
– Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, products, and services
– Conduct regular sales visits and meetings with clients to build rapport and secure orders
– Present product information, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues or concerns
– Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance against targets
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar sales role within the FMCG industry is highly desirable
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients
– Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
