Job description

We are seeking a motivated salesperson to join our phone store located in the Riffa area. The salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in buying and selling mobile phones and accessories. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, and preferably some knowledge of Arabic (Filipino). The successful candidate should have prior experience in sales and possess a passion for technology.


– Greet customers and provide them with information on available products and services

– Assist customers in selecting the right phone or accessory based on their needs and preferences

– Conduct sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts

– Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest phone models, features, and specifications

– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives

– Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing


– Previous experience in sales is required

– Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic (Filipino) is a plus

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

– Strong customer service skills

– Knowledge of mobile phones and technology trends

– Ability to work well in a team environment
