Support the clients under AMC
Gain the all assigned product knowledge in detail (functional / technical). Develop the HR Implementation team Strategy.
Improve the existing customer relationship & develop the AMC revenue stream
Generate Additional support service revenue Stream
Ensure all assigned projects are implemented in a prompt and timely manner according to customer’s requirements.
Ensure the SRS (System Requirement Study) has to create as per the client functional requirements and should sign off by each process owner
Ensure customer’s full understanding and familiarization of the product / services implemented, highest customer satisfaction and significant utilization of the product / services implemented within a stipulated timeframe
Achieve assigned project implementation milestones on time and maintain all phases / steps documentations.
Improve product effectiveness & efficiency in order to increase customer utilization. Reporting and updates of implementation status.
Close follow-up on outstanding implementation matters with Principal Company.
User acceptance test and preparation of test scripts.
Provide feedback to product team about customer requirements to enhance the product functionalities.
Support Implementation Manager on implementation, and Sales manager for HR Presales if needed.
Responsible for Implementation Payment milestone recovery.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required.
Skill set:
Communication, team player, work under pressure, HRMS specialty, Labour laws skills.
Salary:
BD500.000 – BD800.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
