Steel Fabricator

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Fabricator to join our workshop in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling steel structures according to blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities:

– Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate materials and methods required for fabrication.

– Cut, shape, and bend steel plates, beams, and tubes using various tools and equipment such as saws, shears, presses, and welding machines.

– Weld or bolt parts together to assemble structural components, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

– Conduct inspections of fabricated steel structures to ensure they meet the required dimensions, alignment, and specifications.

– Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the fabrication process.

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

– Proven experience as a Steel Fabricator or similar role in a workshop environment.

– Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

– Strong knowledge of various steel fabrication techniques such as cutting, welding, bending, and assembling.
