Job description

We are seeking a skilled Sweet Maker to join our shop and contribute to our delicious dessert menu. The Sweet Maker will be responsible for creating a variety of sweet treats, including waffles, pancakes, and crepes. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional desserts to our customers.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook a variety of sweet dishes such as waffles, pancakes, and crepes according to established recipes and quality standards

– Ensure that all desserts are visually appealing and presented in an attractive manner

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils

– Collaborate with the team to develop new dessert ideas and seasonal menus

– Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any supply needs

– Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Sweet Maker or in a similar role is preferred

– Strong knowledge and expertise in making waffles, pancakes, and crepes

– Creativity in designing appealing dessert presentations

– Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of products

– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

– Excellent time management skills

– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
