Travel Agent Reservation Agent

Job description

We are seeking a female Bahraini Reservation Agent to join our travel agency team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans and making reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and needs, providing them with personalized travel solutions.

Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding travel plans and reservations.

– Assist clients in selecting the best travel options that fit their preferences and budget.

– Make flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel service reservations on behalf of clients.

– Provide accurate information about travel destinations, including visa requirements, travel restrictions, and local customs.

– Ensure all necessary travel documents are obtained and provided to clients.

– Manage any changes or cancellations in reservations as requested by clients.

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless booking process for clients.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations.

Requirements:

– Must be a female Bahraini citizen or resident.

– Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role in the travel industry is preferred.

– Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.
