As the Section Head – Regional Sales you will be responsible of ensuring that regional sales Manager, acquirers new logos thought indirect channel partners across Oman. Channelize B2B customers through Ooredoo Stores in a specific region by apply the highest professional standards in every customer engagement, provide oversight and guidance on professional sales practices to drive exemplary sales performance to enable delivery of the revenue targets agreed by the business.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible of the following:
Develop annual strategy/ tactical plan for the appropriate vertical. Contributes to the development of the overall Sales Strategy and associated budget and AOP Monitor sales performance for each team leader and provide guidance and support in any area where performance is less than expected or challenging Ensure Cross functional working (Propositions, Product Management & operations) in order to formulate and implement sales plan with an aim to acquire more customers and generate more revenue. Oversee the effective implementation and administration of all operating policies and procedures to maximize channel satisfaction, retention & profitability. Coordinate with service delivery, Sales support Team and external stakeholders to ensure the unit operates in a smooth manner by solving any problems that may arise. Develop and implement processes to ensure that the section works in an efficient and effective manner to support all direct channel. Development and implementation sales forecast mechanism to ensure data accurate for planning team. Develop and implement Sales Planning and Performance Management targets Manage, motivate and develop Team (Team Leaders/Area Managers and their repartees to ensure sales target achievement. Manage, motivate and develop Team to ensure sales target achievement. Set and agree SMART KPIs for AM’s and monitor their achievement periodically. Conduct periodical i.e.: weekly, monthly & quarterly business reviews with the team and agree on action plans. Ensure the team uses Salesforce (CRM) for all their in market activity reporting, closely track team efficiency through it.

The Person
You should have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing field with a bachelor degree
