Responsible for initiating special campaigns for pre-paid customers and ensure the retention of existing customer. In addition, producing forecasting models
You will be responsible for enhancing/automating current CVM process. You will be required to suggest best CVM practices to the higher managements, including handling CVM projects E2E. Responsibilities will also include:
Support on preparing CVM yearly operational strategy. Analyze pre-paid & postpaid customer base and highlight arising opportunities and issues. Upsell/Cross-sell Prepaid & Postpaid products Design new BTL products and offers to upsell customers and retain current customers to further penetrate the market Analyze and report monthly performance of CVM campaigns activities
You will be responsible to contact customers through various channels and ensure proper customer satisfaction rate. You will be expected to enhance campaigns performance by analyzing previous campaigns and using CVM Lab to test and try, including follow CVM Framework on rolling out new campaigns.
Present CVM performance in weekly/Monthly basis Automate Dashboards for daily Monitoring and to be used to enhance the campaigns performance. Develop and maintain prediction models to enhance utilization of pre-paid product Produce Usage Simulations frequently to detect opportunities
You have a university degree in Computer Science, Business Management, statistics or any related field.
8 + years’ experience in telecom statistical analysis or other business role involving statistics / analytical experience; analysis of customer and market data, project management in commercial department preferably. Understanding of DWH within Teradata environment. Commercial and technical understanding of business systems such as (CMT, Billing, IN, CRM). Commercial experience in either supporting marketing teams in Analytics projects. Knowledge of business intelligence tools Good MS Office skills
