The Van Salesman is responsible for selling and distributing products to customers within a designated territory using a company-provided van. They will be expected to meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
– Conduct daily visits to existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products.
– Take orders from customers and ensure accurate recording of sales transactions.
– Deliver products to customers in a timely manner while ensuring proper handling and storage.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities.
– Report on sales activities, including daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
– Maintain accurate records of van inventory, sales invoices, and customer payment collection.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in van sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
– Valid driving license (GCC) with a clean driving record.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
– Strong time management and organizational skills.
– Basic computer knowledge for generating sales reports and maintaining records.
