Waitress (English & Arabic Speaker)

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waitress (Fine Dining) who is fluent in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience in a fine dining establishment and the ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers. Excellent interpersonal skills, attentiveness, and patience for customers are essential for this role. The successful candidate should be able to join immediately and must be residing in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner

– Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and drinks

– Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

– Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

– Monitor tables regularly to assess customer needs and refill beverages as needed

– Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly

– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

– Handle cash transactions accurately
