Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced waitress of Indian nationality to join our team. As a waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and seat customers, taking their orders promptly and accurately

– Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and efficient manner

– Ensure all special requests or dietary restrictions are properly handled

– Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns

– Deliver bills and process payments accurately

– Maintain clean and organized tables, ensuring all utensils, napkins, and condiments are readily available

– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

– Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly

Requirements:

– Indian nationality is preferred for this role

– Proven experience as a waitress in a similar establishment

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Knowledge of Indian cuisine is highly desirable

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

– Strong multitasking abilities
